Re: Johnny if you have the time....
There's a similar picture in one of Patrick Holford's books but the one on that link is much nicer.....I like the colours! Maybe you should print it out and hang it on your wall!
>Now I can just look and see deranged, good or bad instantly.
I know what you mean....and for the very deranged ones you think how come this person is still alive?!! I look at my my first hair test with virtually no potassium and think was I actually breathing then?!
>No doubt the taurate was boosing your acetylcholine levels.
I didn't know it did that specifically though it makes sense as I know its good for memory! I'm also taking it for liver support as it helps the liver deal with toxins via bile as also for the electrolyte support. I still have the other magnesium supplements though so I alternate them depending on what I think I might need.
>All I can say is that you must be very sensitive - I have to megadose a substance before I can see the effect.
Yes I am....I tend to respond or notice a reaction to most supplements within a few hours of taking them.
>I had some *very* interesting sensory experiences with taurine which I must tell you about someday.
Hmmmmm interesting! Yes tell me more!
So are you starting on the DMSA this weekend? Or will you wait till you've been on the extra minerals for a while? I'm going to Glastonbury in a few weeks, so not sure whether to put off chelation till after that. I'll be there for 5 days so it won't be practical for me to chelate while I'm there. I could have it as my days off but I don't know how I'm going to feel and don't want to feel like I'm losing it in the middle of a field surrounded by thousands of people! But then no doubt a lot of them will be out of their minds anyway so I'll probably fit in ;)
