Re: Iron?

The only problem with taking too much iron is giving an extra task to your kidneys - which are already rather busy filtering toxins.
I took iron supplements for a long time too. Until another test showed it was normal... I was still feeling utterly shattered and I could not understand the result would read normal as my doct had said that this was the cause of my chronic fatigue. Then I found out I had candida.

If you feel shattered - monitor what you have eaten before and try to keep away from these food so as to better identify your food intolerances . Feeling tired has a lot to do with allergies.

Difficulty managing stress is very common with candida due to hormonal fatigue. Adressing the adrenals then becomes important. I used licorice tea to help my adrenal glands.
Cheers,
Jhan
