Thanks for the link to that article....I've seen it before, but I've been too lazy to read it all thoroughly! There was a discussion about selenium toxicity in the freq dose group and someone mentioned it.
I just meant that caution should be applied to the use of "all" minerals as they should be in balance and don't agree that you can take any amount of any particular one, so it's not just about toxicity.
Yes you're right I have overdone it with brazil nuts, I find them totally addictive and have eaten a whole 250gm bag at once! :-0 I've stopped buying them now ;) Also once I took some selenomethionine on the same day as eating tons of brazils....duh!!
