I read your web site with interest. It's amazing that you've been able to cure yourself by taking a copper supplement.
I have just started taking selenium, iron and magnesium because they appeared too low in various ratios with other minerals according to a hair analysis I had done a few months ago. The report also suggested I may have hypthyroidism.
Anyway after taking the supplements for a week or so I feel absolutely awful. Brain fog is unbelievably bad. Plus I feel tired and generally not very well.
Do you think is a good sign? Or perhaps I'm just taking the wrong supplements. I've read you should take iron with caution.
