This is also my worry im 64 kg 6foot male! and already seriously under weight. steamed fish and stir fried chicken with loads of steamed vegies is prob going to make me look like the machinist!
I think the only way would be to incorporate some olive oil dressing into salids or something. Upping the bad fat and protien ala atkins i think is the onther alternative but i really dont wanna go that far. Hopefully for most of us its a temp thing after a month if things go well we can start introducing a few fruits yeah? Man bananas are my staple!
