That's the problem with this 'thing' we have... there are parallels for us all, but we're all also different.
Maybe doing the light weights without doing max reps is indeed the smart next step. This way, I still get the weighlifting, but I won't be straining. I won't be seeing much gain, but I'd readily sacrifice gaining a ton of muscle for getting rid of my candida.
Now, to find a way to put at least some of the 25 pounds back on that I lost in the last 2 1/2 months since I've gone to this anti-candida diet...
