My upper back and even into my neck has been sore for a week and a half now since I last did a backs/biceps day. A part of it is my liver, but I think a part now is muscle/tendons in my back and neck.
I was thinking of going with light weights, but I'm going to give it at least another week or two.
Have you noticed that when you jog at a moderate pace for 30 minutes or so, you feel better? But any vigourous training or weightlifting makes you feel worse?
I don't know what this all means, but it means something!
