Rice is gluten free.... This is one of the carbs you can keep eating. I use rice flour to bake my bread. However, as Stannarad pointed up, if you have a bad case of candida, your metabolism will not process rice properly.... and it will cause constipation. TO help with constipation it is advisable to eat good oil (extra-virgin oil/linseed oil) along with the rice. Oil helps with constipation.
