Can someone explain why black beans not aloud?

I love stirfres and the candida diet seems cool just but no soy sauce or black beans. Soysouce i can live without but black beans? Arghhhh.

I know they are fermented but can someone explain the Science behind how this things can turn into are help the produciton in candida. Cheers. Tweet
