it is very very important that you keep us updated on the outcome of your battle with dienatmoeba fragilis. I am becoming more and more convinced that those of us who have ongoing, serious problems with carb digestion, yeast, "food sensitivies" or whatever you want to call it -- probably have a parasitic infection underlying their conditions.
now, some people may well be able to "cleanse" enough to get their own immune systems to fight the parasite off, but for those of us who fail - if we could identify a known pathogenic agent (or at least an agent that MIGHT be pathogenic) - and treat for it - it could lead to a big breakthrough.
been reading up on badbugs.org. I really think Blastocystis and Dientamoeba are way more prevalent than most people think. some of those Blastocystis symptoms sounds soooo much like "chronic, systemic candida."
problem is treatment is difficult - so if you could keep posting how the treatment went and how you are feeling re your symptoms - that would be great.
