Re: questions

You can probably get away with cheating some, but your progress will be retarded. I was the healthiest I've ever been when I was strict on the diet. Then I went off and had a massive relapse in February: unable to work, unable to get out of bed, fatiqued, in chronic pain, covered up with allergy symptoms, bloated, etc. I have returned to health by being strict about the diet and by tests that exposed my food allergies (IgG test you can get at just about any doctors office) and metal toxicities (fecal metals test). I'm feeling ill because of my doctor's detox and immune-building program right now, but I have been making steady progress since February, and have been back to work since March. I'm still not back in my dance and yoga classes, but I have been gardening and trying to work out at home. I'm certainly not spending my days too sick to do anything but watch bad TV through a headache and mindblowing abdominal pain anymore.
