I went to see Dr. Biamonte as a self diagnosed candida patient. He sat me down and talked to me for about 45 minutes, agreed with my self diagnosis, sent me home with some urine tests that I had to do myself AND had to BUY from him, sent me home with some "biamonte center" herbal supplements t hat I had to BUY from him and charged me about $500. I did the urine test which confirmed that I had candida and parasites, so I started his protocol, which was working well for the candida, I felt great! but my next visit was going to cost me another $400. He says he'll work with my medical doctor so I could get my testing thru my insurance, but he charges you for the consultation with your doctor. It also says on his website that you can buy just the products and follow the generic protocol listed on his website, but, the area to buy the products was not working the last time I checked.
I started doing research on curzone and realized that I had to deal with the parasites before I deal with the candida (or at least do it simultaneously) So I put off candida treatment other than the diet while I did a bowel and parasite cleanse. (Blessed Herbs) Then I found my new nutritionist (BTW, Dr Biamonte is NOT a medical dr, or a holistic, homeopathic Doctor, he's a nutritionist) Who, in conjunction with my medical doctor have run bloodwork and I'm going over the results with my nutritionist today. I'll then follow whaterver protocol my she reccommends. She didn't want to jump the gun on any treatment until she got the bloodwork. For now I'm taking a bunch of herbal tinctures that she reccomended for female hormone imbalance , which can be a cause or a symptom of candida
If you're interested I'll keep you posted on how my nutritionist is treating me if it's not gender specific..I'm sure you're not interested in the female hormone balancing tinctures I'm taking :)
