I've also found in my research that ham, pork, hot dogs and anything smoked is usually on a "do not eat" list for candida.

As I've mentioned before, I'm eating organic foods now. As the last response noted, if you can find organic pork with no additives, no chemicals, etc, you shouldn't be that bad off. This is one, though, that I've been able to avoid all together. But if this is your food you like to cheat with, go organic.

If you're just looking for some sort of meat, go with organic chicken or turkey. Those two meats are pretty safe.
