Go ahead and try it. Maybe you don't have parasites and it'll work fine. But I will say that most of the research I've done about candida and parasites state that the majority of people who suffer from candida also have worms. Candida compromises your liver and your digestion, and those are the only defenses you have against parasite larvae and eggs that make it into your system: strong acids in your stomach to kill them off and a strong liver that will filter that stuff out of your bloodstream. If your body is imbalanced enough to harbor candida then it's also highly vulnerable to other things. If you feel any nausea after you do your flush that's normal, just from injesting so much oil and acids on an empty stomach. But you are supposed to pass a lot of stones and feel "great" the day after, and if you don't I'd say that's a clear sign that something else is wrong. I was so wiped out from my unsuccessful flush that it took me 2 days to recover, like getting over the flu.
