Re: Hulda Clark Parasite Cleanse
I am following the
parasite cleanse prescribed by
Hulda Clark on this website:
//www.curezone.org/clark/parasites.asp
It is very similar to a lot of commercial
parasite cleansers that you can buy, like "Old Amish Dewormer" or the
Clarkia parasite tincture. I bought all the ingredients for my cleanse at Whole Foods, but you can find them at any good herb shop. The basics that you will need:
*Black Walnut tincture
(this does not come in pill form. the medicinal ingredient of
Black-Walnut is in the green hull around the nut, and that can only be preserved in alcohol. It's not bad tasting, sort of like taking a shot of Jack Daniels)
*Wormwood
(200-300 mg capsules. I was not able to find pre-made pills, only a 1:5 tincture, so I make my own capsules using empty gelcaps. This is horribly bitter, you would not want to take it straight. You would use approximately 2 of your homemade caps to every 1 cap prescribed by the cleanse)
Common Cloves
(like the kind you would buy in the spice section of the grocery. Buy them whole and grind them yourself so they are fresh. Pre-ground cloves won't work. You can either make caps of the ground cloves or mix them in food.)
You just follow the dosage chart provided on the website link above, and you are cleared of
parasites in approximately 3 weeks. Then there is a maintenance dose once a week to make sure you stay clean. There are other things you can do to supplement the cleanse, like drinking psyllium shakes to help scrape out the dead worms and eggs, or doing enemas with a little
Black-Walnut tincture and Hydrogen peroxide added in as an extra dose for anything in your colon. I also did some
coffee enemas toward the beginning to help my liver with the excess load of toxins.
I can tell you that if you do have parasites, then you will have some very strange feelings during this cleanse. The first few days I had the same spaced-out die-off feeling like you do with candida, but also a weird tenderness or pressure in my right side, around the area of the liver and gall-bladder. I'm pretty sure this is my liver trying to flush out dead
parasites and eggs on its own. I could have helped it along by trying a liver flush, but I was too scared to see what would come out! I had a similar strange sensation in my abdomen after swallowing a huge dose of
Wormwood tincture mixed with honey (tasted awful, but it's a lethal combo for worms. They're attracted to sweet things. Suckers!) After I did this, something actually spasmed high up in my stomach. I have never been pregnant so I don't know what it feels like to have something move in you, but it definitely did not feel like gas. Way too high, almost under my ribs. My paranoid mind said "tapeworm," and oddly enough over the next few days I had this very pronounced bulge on my abdomen and felt this horrible dragging/sinking feeling, like I had a 10 lb. weight moving through in my intestines. No loch ness monster came out though, I think it got tangled up before reaching my colon.
This is not a fun experience, I promise. But best to face your fears and get through it if you really want to detox your body. If you don't really have
parasites after all then the herbs will not hurt you.
