Hi,

This was a problem for me in the beginning, so I know how you feel! What helps: make sure you are eating a good sized portion of protein and good fats (like olive oil) at each meal. For carbs, legumes are very satisfying and do not set up cravings. Also squashes and sweet potatoes. Try not eating any grains whatsoever, as they tend to set up cravings.
