Is this a myth

I posted this at the ask curezone page as well.

When you have candida etc why do you have to abstain from yeast in terms of bakers yeast in cooked products. I know that some people do well on other yeasts but what about bakers yeast. Isn't the yeast killed in the cooking process? Are people who have GI disturbance more likely to be allergic to bakers yeasts rather than it giving them an infection or aggravating it??
