Hi

To control obssesive eating I recommend liver flushes.

I have done them and I feel more energetic after them with lesser anxiety.

If the anxiety is too much, I take two pills of passion flower, before bed.

(First thing in the morning).
To lower Depression and improve mood I take several vitamins:
Vitamin B complex ( 100) , Magnessium citrate, Calcium Citrate and Coenzyme Q 10.

(Before Breakfast).To improve my defense system I am taking Vitamin C and Vitamin A.

(After breakfast). Finally for candida I take Garlic, Pau De arc, and Olive leaf extract. Sometiems, oregano oil.

It seems a lot, But I take them in the morning and before bed.

I also have done several Bowel Cleanses that have been really good. A Clean colon is needed to lower anxiety and improve depression. If you can afford colonics, they are good, if note regular enemas.

I hope this help. DO not take drugs for depression. They do not help.


Walking helps reducing anxiety and it has been proven to have better effects than the drugs.

Finally, eat good fats, olive oil or fish oil, this helps reducing cravings.
I eat a salad with tomatos, basil, a little bit of mozzarella chesse and lots of olive oil. It is delicious.

stay away from Sugar at all the times. Maybe you can eat Ezequiel bread.
