There are lots of herbs that will knock out Candida, but after 7-10 days of use the yeast starts becoming resistent and comes right back. The trick is to rotate through the different herbs in 7 day cycles to prevent this from happening. I've been told not to use any particular herb more than once in a month, but I I'd go longer before using something again. Additional options are pau d' arco, garlic, and grapeFRUIT seed extract. There's lots of others, too. Take one herb for a week and then change to something else for a week. Buy everything in capsule form for convenience. Be sure to take your probiotics while you're doing this. If you wait until you stop the herbs to start the probiotics it'll come back faster than you can get the good stuff into you. Hope this helps!
