Whitish stuff in the toilet is VERY likely to be candida. Yeast is white. However, before candida comes out it is pretty standard to ge the mucus out first.

I'm a bit concerned about the blood though.
If you have been doing vinegar enemas, take it easy.
Ideally aloe vera enemas at this stage would be better.
Vinegar irritates the bowel, and your bowel does not need an extra stress just now.

Not much to worry about, unless you see some blood again in the following stool.
