Newbie - v.sticky mouth and nose pls help

Hi I'm new to this forum. I believe I have candida not sure how bad it is though. I've always suffered from bad breath with a dry mouth but I think this has made it worse. My mouth feels very sticky - if I chew gum then take it out it stciks to my finger so much that I can't remove it. The second odd thing is that I have a mucous type thing which comes out of nose and again it's extrememly sticky. Might sound gross but sometimes it looks little worms that have come out. Nose is usually blocked and sinuses feel blocked. Can anyone help with these particular symptons?
