Re: To Abe: Yoghurt enemas

It's a little thick to get through my crappy plastic enema tip so I added enough distilled water to get it to flow. You'll want to stir it first, THEN add water or you'll probably get little chunky bits that don't stir in and clog the tip. Skim milk will make thinner yogurt but I'm trying to gain weight so I use 2% for the extra fat. I incubate it at 110F which is very comfortable and I can take a full bag, maybe a quart and a half. I'd like to think I'm reaching the cecum or at least the ascending colon, I don't know how much liquid it takes to fill a colon (That would make a great trivial pursuit question though). I also eat it fresh and warm, tastes a million times better than the garbage from supermarkets and it makes my lips tingle. THe only thing to watch for is that when you start to feel things really moving around (maybe an hour) expel it right away. The first time I tried holding it a long time I went a couple hours and got busy doing something, it got really uncomfortable cause you can't expel all the gas right away and it'll continue building.
