Fresh warm yogurt and an enema, trust me on this. First time I held it for a couple hours, until it gave me gas and bloating (which the bacterial action will cause). I couldn't believe the difference, suddenly all my "undigested" food was digested. I've done another every few weeks and that's been a permenant change. I've also used probiotic pills as suppositories and they do the same thing, but seem to maybe 1/100th as effective as an enema. Make your own yogurt and use it fresh and warm so it's healthy and active.
