Re: IS there anyone else on the wholeapproach diet?

Hi,

I have not been on this particular diet though it is very similiar to most of the candida diets. I thought I had gotten better and I think I was slacking off not on Sugar or white flour but too many grains etc and I have now had a serious relapse. I checked out the site and I think the diet sounds right on. I am just wondering about their products and whether they are worth the money or not.
