Re: Until when?
Thanks, Jhan! How often did you do the enemas?
I think I've had systemic candida since childhood, since I've had at least one fungus-infected toe nail since then, plus a learning disability. Two years ago I did a really long fast and very stupidly ate molasses and honey during it. At that time, three more of my toenails became infected. (Duh!) Then, I found out about fungus and have been fighting it ever since, with an increasing passion and severity. I say "increasing" because about half a year ago, after an overeating binge (I didn't think I was overeating, but, duh, again!) the index fingernail on my left hand got fungus infected. Now that I know more about it, I can list my symptoms: toe nail fungus, small patches of eczema by elbows and knees, floaters in the eyes, sinus congestion, and a brain affliction labeled "ADD."
Since I started liver flusing a year ago, the sinus congestion has decreased significantly. Hay fever and other sneezing reactions are GONE! One of my infected toe nails (the big one) and the index fingernail is growing out normally. One other is starting to look a lot better.
One question about the nail fungus--it is all on the left side of my body. Does this mean anything?
A note on shakes just for fun and because it might provoke some comments: My current shake recipe is 10
oz. water, 7 drops of oregeno oil, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper, 1/8 tsp. clove, 1/4 tsp. tumeric, 1 heaping heaping tsp. psyllium, chugged and followed by another 10
oz. of water. I can occasionally feel it scraping through. YES!
