How long have you been taking probiotics and kefir? Some people don't respond well to either one (kefir is supposed to be quite potent too). Also, it could well be a matter of overkill. With Candida, it is best to take it slowly, could be you are attacking it too hard. Back off with the probiotics and kefir and see how you feel. Then slowly reintroduce one at a time.
There are some folk who advise just slowly easing into the anti-candida diet too. Suddenly cutting out every no no - from Sugar to grains to dairy to fruit, yada, yada, can be quite a shock to the system. Start slowly and take baby steps. Then, when your body is used to the diet, you can introduce some anti-fungals like garlic and later some probiotics.
