Dear Rachel
Dear Rachel,
I am happy you wrote back, because there is more I forgot to mention.
Liver support herbs (choose one: 3 times daily) dandelion, artichoke, black radish, milk thislte (these come in tea or in supplement... up to you)
Kidney support herb: Linden tea, blackcurrent tea (drink this when you get the hip pain)
Now to answer your question about how I followed this regime without feeling overly pre-occupied with. I did it is out of necessity. I was down in bed with constant chronic fatigue and
Arthritis when I finally found out what I had (no doctor had a clue) and then I discovered Curezone with decent answers.
As far as loosing faith, I had Shelley, who had cured it and I was walking in her steps. I knew it was a long road to go by, but she had made it so I would too. I would get back to normal eating habits, normal energetic lifestyle and hopefully, I would think smart about how I treat my body from then on.
When it comes to the part of cutting cut off from real life/friends/socialising.... I do not only have to work full time, I also study full time. Last year with t he ups and downs of ther treatment and the delay I had to meet for the dissertation I had NO social life left. I am a teacher, my students were my only remaining social life.... I was somtimes tired and moody, but they were constantly there for me!
This year, I came back to Taiwan from Switzerland, where I had been studying, and from home, where I got to see my family and friends( I am a French Canadian who teaches English in Taiwan). This year, I came back with the resolution : not to allow it to happen again, I have more of a social life, my friends understand that I cannot eat in restaurants (they put
Sugar in everything here). We have special dinner at home. THis week is Chinese New Year, my friends wanted to plan a vacation, I had to refuse, restaurants are not a solution for me.... they decided to go camping so I could come along. The good ones remain!!!!
Cheers Rachel,
Jhan
