Hi Mary,


Well, what I did exactly was to starve candida with the diet for a full year.... by then I had had 2 bowel cleanses, 7 Liver Flushes and fasts (2 series of kidneys-bowel-liver cleanse) I Stopped cleansing for the summer as I had to study, then I did the fast and it came out. (for the specific of the fast, please see the post below.
