well i finally think im getting somewhere with curing my candida after cutting down on carbs a great deal (this was my problem i think - too many carbs! even though they were slow releasing carbs,my candida wasnt getting much better)
sooo... i used to drink a lot of alcohol, but since new year i have totally given it up as it made me so ill the next day. ive managed to get out of so many social occassions since then,and ive been too tired to go out anyway. BUT on friday its my birthday, and i am going for drinks
what can i have that wont damage me too much? im tempted to stick with diet cokes but i reckon these caused my candida in the 1st place. i used to have 5 or 6 a day! they made me very anxious and moody.
what do you guys all have now when you go out? and what do you all say if people ask why youre not drinking?
