You might want to consider taking an anti-fungal drug like Nystatin. I am usually against pharmaceuticals, but if candida is destroying your life you might be better off taking a drug. Some here have had great results taking Nystatin.

Are you sure it is candida? Candida gets thrown around Curezone pretty liberally and I personally think some people misdiagnos themselves as having it when they actually don't. A lab/doctor can test you for Candida overgrowth.
