WHY I gave up coffee

For the cocoa, my exact recipe is cocoa, hot water and a dash of cayenne pepper YUMMY! (for bloodstream support) and for the taste. I sometimes put a bit of ginger tea in there as well.... that is when I have die-off isues.

WHY I gave up coffee:
Two years ago, after going from doctors to doctors that kept telling me that I was just a bit anxious, stressed out, perfectly well and so on, I finally had a hair analysis done and it showed a phenomenal amount of heavy metal toxicity: aluminum, lead and mercury. I now understand that these have accumulated in my hair and tissues due to bad liver function. Well, back then I was just conscioous regarding the fact that these were all making my body ulterelly acidic (and my metabolsim would not risk taking these out of my system and rather store them in my tissue so as to maintain my blood ph bearable. Hence I have opted for alkaline nutrients so as to help my metabolism get to a ph level, where it would 'risk' taking the metals out from my system.

When I say that I am addicted to cocoa, I mean I take many a day. One day I am sure I will go back to coffee... but I will never get back to drink this so many. It is just not healthy.
