oregano caps? supp?

I have gone through the archives to find info on oil of oregano and come up with some good info, but can't find the post where people discuss which oil of oregano is the best to use. I believe that some are not so good. I don't want to waste my money.

Also, can you buy suppositries as my gut is so bad and the oil of oregano can be burning to the gut and irritating.
