well ive been trying to vary my diet a bit but im finding it so hard!
i have been trying to rotate these things daily: tuna, green vegetables, millet rice, gluten-free &wheat-free porridge, oats, organic nuts, organic chick peas, boiled chicken breasts, plain wheat cereal (no added sugar), wholewheat pasta, eggs, organic plain live yogurt, natural cottage cheese, organic brown rice cakes, sesame ryvita, yeast free rye bread. sometimes i will have the coffee or a diet soda (diet sodas maybe 1 a week)
also when i cheat i tend to really cheat! im soo bad with sweet things but think i have improved a great deal.
supplement-wise ive been taking a multivitamin, rotating caprilyic acid and pau darco every week, milk thistle, Holland and barrett's 'yeast raiders' capsules, L-glutamine, liquorice root, Omega 3 fish oils and flaxseed oil. i have threelac but havent tried using it yet
i have done no
parasite or liver clenses! are they necessary??
my hair is so much thinner also these days, anyone know of anything that would help it grow back quickly?
