im new around here. been following the candida diet (with a few slip ups along the way - esp. new years eve where i made myself so ill from alcohol! never again) for about 4 months now but im still drinking 1 or 2 black coffees a day. im wondering if it might be hindering my progress at all? it doesnt feed candida does it? i know it puts extra stress on your body but i only introduced it back into my diet a couple of weeks ago so hopefully my body can cope with it?
