I did my first ACV enemas this week. Wow. The first one I did as part of a post-liver flush. Put in 2T to 2 quarts of water. Felt tingling in my thighs and calves and couldn't hold it in very long. The second one I did about 5 days later, in a series. Got out the white cloudy stringy stuff. Then, the next day, I did two more and had to quit. The first one turned my skin all yellow green. The second one caused me to expell some blood and three marble-sized bloody blobs. Felt a little pain in my colon. Next day, had a "normal" (for me) bowel movement with no pain and no sign of blood at all. The day after that, two prodigious bowel movements in a row, the first part nicely formed, the second part flat, not messy at all.
Question: what's the deal with the skin color and blood? Did I push the ACV too hard? Or do you suppose something came out that was supposed to come out?
