Can someone give ne a good diet?

Hello.I was wondering if someone can recommend a good diet. I need to start on a diet. so i can get rid of this damn yeast.i have intercourse with my husband but he never gets this yeast can someone let me know why? should he still put something on incase the symptoms are not showing up? well anyways please let me know...oh yeah i have a sore throat right now does that have anything to do with the yeast?
