......I too have to be extremely careful with exercise because if I over do I release too many toxins and I end up feeling very ill. Its finding a balance between how much exercise is beneficial - without making myself too ill. I do also feel that whilst exercise is indeed beneficial to health and healing - too much can have the opposite effect and weaken an already weak immune system. It seems to take alot of energy to detox and cleanse - so if the energy is going elsewhere i.e exercise - there is less available for the body to utilise for all the detoxing it has to do (my experiences only).
