I finally started working out regularly about 5 months ago, and also notice a big differenc in my overall well being. I still have a lot of liver congestion, getting ready to do my 9th flush this weekend. I remember an acupuncturist telling me "the liver likes movement," and I do notice that some of my headaches that feel like "toxic liver headaches" are less intense if I'm moving around vs. sitting still. I think I have yeast in my liver, too.
