Soy should be alright as long as you can tolerate it. Personally, I can't have the slightest bit of it or I develop a reaction (indigestion, fatigue, basic food sensitivity symptoms). It's very unfortunate for me, because soy is a convenient alternative to meat and dairy. Oh well. Give it a try and see if you have any problems. If not, I'd say go for it!
