Isthe discharge you described constant, as in every day? Do you notice changes in it's consistency...do you have more at certain times of the month at less at others. There are some good charts on the web for charting vaginal, cervical mucus. Fertile mucus..which occurs around the time of ovulation is clear, strechy very lubracating. Usually it is alternated with a creamy sticking or lotiony in fertile mucus or none at all during infertile phases. Fertile mucus tastes sweeet as it feeds sperm, infertile mucus salty.
The dairy Sugar connection could be causing varying degrees in the amt of mucus...total guess. I am fairly confidant yr dr should be able to swab yr mucus and look at it under a scope and look for yeast and let you know at the same visit if you have an vaginal yeast infection. Soorry if this redundant. Good luck
