Can I put cinnamon or anise on my kefir cream?

Hello. I'm new here :)

This forum has provided lots of information that I've been using since 11 November'04. And it works. I don't eat Sugar since then (and lots of other things). I've read that kefir (or kefiresed milk) is very good to replace your probiotics. But: I don't like the flavour and I can't put Sugar in it and I don't think there's stevia where I live.

So... just to give it flavour, can I add cinnamon? Or anise (it's a sweet herb)? Or, if you have candida (and I'm sure that I have it), you should stay away from this?

By the way: what about vannila?

Thank you :)
