IS DIeting the best?

I was wondering if Dieting is the best souloution? I dont know where to start? Garlic cloves? or what someone let me know I been to doctors so many times ...they dont know crap...they think they know what were going through ...this is the second day that iv been on curezone.. and everyone has given me great info and i have read really great stuff its more than what them fker doctors have told me..everyone keep me updated...yall are my new friends im glad were all on the same page im glad im not alone.
