Kidney support tea is also good: LINDEN TEA< BLACKCURRENT TEA AND PARSLEY TEA.

You could skip lunch and drink instead, each time you feel hungry. Whne our body dehydrates, it will send a hungry message while in fact , it is thirsty: in lack of minerals.
So a dash of lemon in your water won't hurt.

If your urine is foamy, there is candida in there. YEAH! you are winning the battle.
