I strongly agree re the water and the best water I have found so far is Hexagonal water - it increases minerals to the body, hydrates the body, and gives better nutrient absorption. Water flushes out the system and when we don't get enough, we get blocked and bacteria and virus can live happily in a stagnant environment, so to speak.
