Hello and thanks for all your time on this forum. Your information, along with Jhan, is very valuable. I have a quick question. I just bought Bubbies Sauerkraut as a source of fermented foods. I don't have time or the means to make my own. I live in Southern California and bought it at Clarke's Nutrition. The ingredients are cabbage, water and salt. Do you know if this kind is good, or could you recommend a different type of sauerkraut? Also, could you recommend any other fermented foods that may help in my candida battle? Also, what are the best products to encourage bowel movements? I have been very constipated lately and I know this contributes to my candida. What is a good way to stay regular? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.
