Re: Blood pH and die-off

Extra toxins imply a higher PH. The metabolism strives to keep the blood ph within very narrow parameter- or otherwise, you die. In order to do so - from a lack of body cleanse capacity, our metabolism stores toxins in tissues- to take them out of the circuit, and not being able to rely on their elimination in a short term .

Candida feeds on these. Our body is toxic. The reason it takes so long to get rid of candida is that the blood can only afford to transport a bit of toxins at a time so ast o respect the ph parameter.
Consequently, yes, when your body is cleansing it is very likely to be more acidic than usual.

That time of the month is usually worse anyhow, with candida, partly because the candida and toxins accumulated in the uterine during a month are being cleaned out.

Drink plenty- I am up to 4 liters a day. You'll feel the difference.
