I'd be very interested in hearing any tips for keeping weight on!! I've dropped a lot these past pasts.. in fact, I stopped the contraceptive pill in March because of my health problems .. and periods just have not come back.
I take a supplement drink which helps-50g is 180 cals. But I'd like to regain some weight.. especially as I hope to conceive in the next year (assuming I make good pace on recovering first).
Grateful for any tips!
