It seems to me that your body is telling you what not to eat. I think you should start anew. Veggies only. Plenty of fresh veggie juice and slowly proceed to try eating other stuff -one at a time- to find out what it is you can eat.
Carbohydrates
I did NOT eat rice for a year because it is constipating and my bowel could not deal with it (I made my rice milk to compensate). Your body is demineralized. It needs a proper intake of mineral. And unless the minerals are there, the water you absord does not get to your toxic cells to helps cleanse them: Juice and more juice, water and more water.
Rice cakes (puffed) are much easier to digest and a good start BEFORE you get back to cookes rice itself.
Enzymes
In order to digest properly (and not to be intolerant to food) a proper intake of vitamin B is necessary. Enzymes are ehlpful to break this vicious circle where you do not absorb for a lack of vit. and you do not get the vit. because you do not absorb. Digestive enzymes and co-enzyme Q10 might be just what you need.
