Even walking? Have you tried working up to jogging, by walking for a while first? I sometimes have trouble walking even just a short distance. I would like to get into a schedule with it, just lack the time and energy right now. I guess the trick is to get to a stage where the candida isn't just terrible and start walking, then work up to where you can jog. I don't know about you, but the severity of my candida comes and goes.
