Well... The day of the flush (SATURDAY), I decided that I was going to do all I could to make sure that this flush was very, very successful. I started mine in the morning cause I just couldn't wait til' six.

I mixed in my tbsp of Epsom Salts , along with a little water and lemon (got tired of sqweezing so I added a little of the bottled stuff too).

I decided that instead of just drinking two doses, two hours a part or how ever the regimen goes. I took another does of the horrible tasting stuff, to really open me up and clean me out.

Right after each mixter, I quickly put a tiny bit of honey in my mouth to erase the memory lol.

Then I mixed 3/4 lemons and bottle stuff together with the extra virgin olive oil (1 cup to really do the job.)

Tons of stones came out. Near the end the really huge ones came out. I was shocked at the size.

So then after the waiting time, I did three doses of Epsom Salts again! I really wanted to make sure the stones weren't sitting in my colon.

The morning after (SUNDAY), I drank a glass of psyllium and then right after I drank Psyllium & Bentonite shake mixture to soak up any toxins.

Later that day, I saw all this candida coming out. It was just so much and it was piling on top of each other. I just couldn't figure out why, but I was happy.

Then the next morning (MONDAY), the P & B stuff came out, along with a stone or two floating in the water.

I can't wait to do another flush. I don't care too much about the horrible taste. I just want to get well. I may use a little grapefruit next time cause it has more juice.
